Moss rugs come with a product warranty of up to 12 months against manufacturing defects depending upon the construction (weaving) of the rug.

Warranty Benefits

Repair or Replacement: If a defect arises within the warranty period, Moss will, at its sole discretion, either repair the rug or replace it with a comparable rug, free of charge.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or abuse.
• Damage caused by pets.
• Rugs used in commercial or non-residential settings.
• Shedding. (This can be reduced by vacuuming the rug at a low power mode at least once a week)
• Stains.
• Occasional sprouting pulls or loss of single tufts of fiber.
• Color and texture changes due to the use of natural fibers and dyes or prolonged exposure to sunlight, humidity, heat or certain atmospheric gasses.
• Rolling marks or pile pressure. (These can disappear with routine vacuuming)
• Matting and crushing in rugs, which can be minimized by proper maintenance of the rug.
• New rug odor. Rugs recently removed from a bag may have odor which can dissipate by placing the rug (back side up) in direct sunlight for 24 hours.
• Improper Installation.
• Use of topical treatments.

Warranty Inclusions

This warranty covers: 

• Delimitation of any degree, whether in the backing or surface.
• Shrinkage and opening of seams.
• This warranty shall apply only to carpets maintained & installed in accordance with industry guidelines only.
